Snow

Still snow on the ground. It was almost 80 degrees on Wednesday and then it decided to snow through friday night. Ice on the drive, on the vehicle. Weird. Anyway, the wife and kids were off in Raleigh this past week so not much to report other than they are now back safe and sound and back to the busy schedules. We have a birthday party this morning. Jax has a 'ladies tea' this afternoon. School is starting back up for the boys on Monday. Most recently (if you have't been reading their blog) they were studying volcanoes and dinosaurs. Last weekend we concluded by going to the Smithsonian Natural History Museum's sections on dinosaurs and geology. Great time, kids loved it, Mia only had one small meltdown right there near the end before going out to get a snack in the park and listen to a jazz trumpeting urban outdoorsman.

I might just take this afternoon's "tea time" and make a short video montage of the photos so they don't overwhelm the blog. Yeah... look for it possibly later today.

And if anyone would rather just get the photos instead of the video, feel free to drop me a line and I can shoot them out to you in e-mail.
