So yesterday I made the sun disappear... I'll really have to reach deeply into my bag of tricks to top that one.

"I got a 5 at the sun stare!"

A rainbow formed around the sun closer to the eclipse time.

This is about as covered as the sun got where we were. Wow, the temp really drops when the sun disappears like that.

We set up the telescope pointed right at the sun and had it project the image onto our chalkboard.

This is a picture of the sun itself taken through some welding level tint during the eclipse.
