Is the new law unconstitutional?

Arizona is a sovereign state, and congress can't legitimately stop states from exercising their sovereignty, other than enforcing the constraints in the constitution. (Viz. Amendment, 10.)

Where does the federal government get the power to regulate immigration, anyway? It's not an enumerated power, and there were no restrictions on immigration for over a century into the republic's life.
