I heard a clip while driving today about the increased consumer satisfaction rating of airlines. The news agency went to a busy airport terminal for a reaction by an air official as to the reason for the increase. His response was something to the tune of, "Less people are flying right now so there is more room in the aircraft, shorter lines..."
Here's what I heard... well, in addition to his answer... At the point where I trailed off in his response, there was a lady in the background who began laughing loudly and asked a friend, "Did you hear that? He said there were shorter waits in the lines! (laughter)"
Location, location, location.
